Shipping Policy – Adhyay Arts

At Adhyay Arts, our products are customized and made-to-order. Each product is carefully prepared according to the design and specifications approved by the customer.

1. Order Processing & Production

Once the customer confirms the final design and customization details, production of the order begins.

Our standard processing and dispatch timeline is 7–10 business days from the date of final design confirmation.

The timeline may vary slightly depending on the complexity of customization, order quantity, material availability, or other production requirements.

2. Shipping & Delivery

After production is completed, the order will be packed securely and handed over to our shipping/courier partner.

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location and the courier service.

Adhyay Arts will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders are dispatched within the stated timeframe.

3. Customized Products

As our products are customized, production begins only after the final design has been approved by the customer.

Once the design is confirmed, the order cannot generally be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Courier or logistics delays

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Holidays or unforeseen events

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

• Remote or difficult-to-service locations

Such delays do not automatically qualify the order for cancellation or refund.

5. Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number at the time of placing the order.

Adhyay Arts will not be responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs/videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

7. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Shipping charges may vary depending on product size, weight, quantity, destination, and delivery requirements.
